Block Asset Management is a Luxembourg-based specialist investment manager working with professional and institutional investors across two capabilities: multi-manager research in digital assets, and systematic research in liquid markets. We combine experience across multiple digital-asset market cycles with quantitative research and institutional operating discipline.
Our approach to a new asset class
Since 2017 we have focused on building institutional-grade access to digital asset markets. That experience — across multiple market cycles — informs both our multi-manager work, where we research, assess and combine specialist managers, and our systematic work, where models are assessed, validated and monitored within a defined governance framework.
We believe digital assets and systematic strategies deserve the same governance, due diligence and risk discipline that professional investors expect from any institutional manager. That principle shapes everything we do.

Over 30 years in investment management and private banking, with extensive experience in manager selection and due diligence in the traditional fund of hedge funds space. Previously held executive roles in private banking at Citibank, Lloyds TSB and Credit Suisse.

Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

Responsible for the firm's commercial strategy and the development of its distribution relationships. He leads Block Asset Management's engagement with professional and institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers and the intermediaries who advise them, helping to broaden the firm's investor base and strengthen its presence across key markets.
More than 25 years in banking, wealth and fund management, with deep expertise in UK and offshore markets. Previously at Lloyds International, and co-founder of a fund distribution firm.

More than 25 years in financial services in a range of leadership roles. Previously held key positions at Crédit Andorrà Financial Group in Panama, at Credit Suisse in Panama and Zurich, and at AXA-Winterthur, specialising in financial management, control and operational risk management. Further experience in reinsurance, project management and regulatory compliance.
